As a People Advisor, you will provide tactical and operational HR advice and support across the full range of HR activities, ensuring adherence to the Company’s standards, policies and procedures and alignment to business objectives. You will escalates more complex cases to the People Manager or Senior People Partner when relevant.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Review business related people data to identify potential implications within the business context and environment and initiate local actions to resolve these as appropriate.
- Support and contribute to HR projects.
- Encourage employees and line managers to use correct service channels.
- Support Senior People Partner/People Manager in running a seamless performance review and reward cycle.
