Fairmead School
Fairmead School is situated on the outskirts of Yeovil in the county of Somerset. It has a wide catchment area across south Somerset and into Dorset, welcoming children and young adults between the ages of four and nineteen.
The school currently has 110 students on roll, and caters for children and young people with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The students are safe here, as all aspects of Safeguarding practice are upheld and adhered to. This is reflected in our Learning Pathways Curriculum, where students learn to keep themselves safe online, in the community, or who they can talk to if they feel worried.
At Fairmead we are dedicated in improving the social and emotional well-being of our students and offer Music, Drama and Social Interaction therapy along with Thrive and Forest School sessions.
