Hutton Church of England Grammar School and Sixth Form is a popular, Voluntary Aided comprehensive school with specialist status in Mathematics and Computing, situated near Preston. The school admits boys only in Year 7 and there are 676 currently on roll in Years 7-11. Both boys and girls are admitted to the Sixth Form where there are currently 200 students on roll. The school has an excellent reputation and is over-subscribed in most year groups.

Quality education is not just about academic results and a broad curriculum. Extra-curricular enrichment and a safe, nurturing environment are just as important. Parents regularly comment in our questionnaires that their children feel safe at school; behaviour is good and students are well looked after by the staff.
