I am Megan Williams, the Early Careers Manager at Kier. I have working in this business for over 3 years. Although I have worked in HR for 6 years, it wasn’t originally what I had planned to do when I left university in 2013 after completing my Degree in Marine Biology. I go my first role in administration after university and found my love for Learning and Development.
As the Early Careers Manager at Kier, I am responsible for developing our Early Careers employees. This includes our apprentices, graduates, industrial placements and work experience students. Kier is a large and diverse business with a huge selection of roles available. By offering our Early Careers employees a structured learning pathway when they join us, we hope to set them up with a successful and varied career within our business.
