Apprenticeship Development Scheme (ADS)

All M Group Services apprentices undertake our EU Skills endorsed Apprenticeship Development Scheme (ADS) alongside their apprenticeship standard. The ADS is a blend of online and face- to- face sessions, involving soft skills development and mental health/pastoral care support. Some elements of the scheme are residential, which enables our apprentices to network with colleagues from across  M Group Services’ operating businesses.

There are 6 parts to the programme:

1. Induction
2. Personal Development Workshops
3. Community Project
4. Mental Health Awareness
5. Team Building
6. Development of CPD

Underpinning the programme, are frequent 121’s and progress reviews with our Divisional Emerging Talent Managers, Line Managers and/or Mentors.
