Are you resourceful, innovative, and experienced in IT? If so, we are looking to take on an IT Support Technician to work within our IT Team at our Head Office in Stockport.
As an IT Support Technician you will work with the existing IT team to provide computer hardware and software support for all of Creative Support’s services. You will act as the first line of contact for incoming calls and IT queries; demonstrating a high level of customer care for our staff and services.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate skills in identifying and resolving common computer faults, an awareness of computer security, and experience in Microsoft Windows based hardware. This post will require a car driver with a full and clean driving licence as you may be required to travel to offsite locations to perform maintenance, repairs and general IT Support as required. You do not need to be a car owner as a vehicle can be provided. All driving expenses will be paid (if you wish to use your own car you will receive the company’s current driving expenses rates).
