There is flexibility in the specific area you will focus on. It is likely you want to work in creating/developing digital/technical, media or social media content and solutions. We have a wide range of tasks and circa 40% is intended to be built around the YOUR current skills and interests. This could be (but is not limited to) knowledge creation and management, research, PR, marketing, sales, writing in both long and short form, social media (all and any parts), content creation, data analysis, business development, project management, customer / membership engagement, coding, cloud computing, website development / improvement / usability / management, artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistics and modelling, visualisation of data, event management, organisation and management of training and testing of training content, audio and video creation / editing. This is really what you are interested in developing and most likely already have a good skill in, so that you can deliver value to us and yourself quickly.
Around 20% is allocated to development and management. This covers the weekly one-on-ones with your coach and preparing you for future recruitment processes, researching on jobs and skills, knowledge, abilities and behaviours companies are looking for. And there is a huge library of content you can use personally to go further into becoming more employable.
The remaining 40% is a combination of various tasks and projects, including confidential projects. The aim is to provide distinct pieces of work you can complete in relatively short time. This builds a successful portfolio of achievements and enough work to provide evidence of delivering quality in a timely manner whilst being positive and helping the team to increase productivity and customer value.
We will provide the required software/applications on a new iPad with keyboard, Apple pencil and a data plan to enable flexibility of where work is done. The required software/applications will also be provided.
We are first and foremost looking for individuals that have one of the many skills and abilities we can get value from and are driven to improve their future career prospects and are willing to listen and learn.
The activities will be varied and a positive view on completing all types of tasks are important.

We provide structured coaching, and you will be enrolled into a fantastic career enhancing development service at our expense, we are planning to provide this access for a full year giving you 6 months access post completion. This will help you prepare for your next role.
